PAN recomputes every coverage unit from the finished library. A job is covered only when the final deck has enough total contribution and enough strong contributors; weak secondary associations cannot satisfy a job by themselves. Hover for the card; click to see why it fits.

How PAN assembles the deck: PAN starts with a Strategy Bridge, assembles a first draft, then regular Commander PAN independently reads that finished deck. Strategy Repair may make a small set of safe swaps and keeps them only when Commander PAN validates the result. Role Standards, contextual quality, Networking, package saturation, Closure Quality, and Contribution Accounting remain enforced. Each coverage meter is traceable to selected cards and requires at least 55% of its target from strong contributors.
